ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-3 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 3 working days to let you know your order is on the way.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking
information.

Orders are generally shipped within 3 working days using Austrian Post.
Post's delivery standard is 1-2 days within Austria, and 2-4 days in EU region.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.
Shipping option:
Option 1 up to 4 pieces: EUR3,30 AT, EUR8,20 DE and rest of EU countries
Option 2 more than 4 pieces: EUR4,75 AT, EUR12,90 DE and rest of EU countries

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We do not ship outside of Europe at this time.
We offer international shipping to the following countries as of now: Belgium, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Slovakia.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Juniper is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at office@boutiquejuniper.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
